Online Appointment Management with Nashville Skin Company
Welcome to Nashville Skin Company’s online appointment management module. This guide will walk you through the process of booking, rescheduling, and canceling your appointments via our website or directly through Vagaro, our booking platform. This gives you the flexibility to manage your appointments at your own pace, anytime, anywhere.
1) Creating Your Account
– Visit our website at www.nashvilleskincompany.com or download the Vagaro app or visit www.vagaro.com on your browser.
– If using our website, click the “Book an Appointment” button located in the top right corner of our homepage. This will redirect you to our “Book an Appointment” page. Click the “Book an Appointment” button to be redirected to Vagaro.
– If using Vagaro directly, simply search for Nashville Skin Company in the search bar.
– Whether you’re a new client or returning, log into Vagaro. New clients will be prompted to create an account.
2) Booking Your Appointment
– Once logged in, you can search for our business, Nashville Skin Company if you haven’t already.
– Browse through our services and preferred technicians to make a selection.
– Follow the prompts to book your appointment.
3) Managing Your Appointment
Nashville Skin Company requires a 24-hour notice for rescheduling or canceling services, excluding CoolSculpting, which requires a 72-hour notice.
– To reschedule or cancel your appointment, log in to your Vagaro account.
– Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.
– Go to “Appointments.”
– From here, you can choose to reschedule or click “more” to cancel your appointment.
– If your appointment is within the 24-hour (or 72-hour for CoolSculpting) cancellation period, the system will prompt you to call us. Please do so to avoid any cancellation fees.
