Treatments

Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum commitment of 6 months for memberships; 60 days for Beauty Bank.
  • 45 days’ notice required to cancel.
  • Appointment Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a fee (50% of service cost + gratuity).
  • Cancellations via phone only (no emails accepted).
  • Services roll over within a 60-day cycle; B12 shots do not roll over.
  • Birthday gifts must be redeemed within the designated month.  
  • Member-only promotions and events are available exclusively to active members only.
  • Cannot combine promotions or offers with other promotions or discounts (e.g., discounts included with membership cannot be applied to monthly promotion

Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Membership benefits can only be used by the registered individual in our system. 

Non-Transferability

Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual member.

Payment

Your monthly membership fee will be automatically charged to your credit card on file each month. It’s the member’s responsibility to keep card details updated. If a client enrolls during a promotional period, it will lock in that price until the end of each calendar year, considering no interruptions occur.

Membership Benefits

Members will receive benefits as outlined in their membership plan. Unused services from your membership do not roll over to the following month. It’s encouraged to utilize your membership benefits within each billing cycle.

Cancellation

Members can cancel their membership anytime. No refunds will be provided for partially used membership periods. If a member wants to reinstate their membership, they will lose the introductory price and will re-enroll at the normal price per month.

Changes to Program

Nashville Skin Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the membership program, including fees and benefits, at any time.

 

Beauty Bank FAQs

How Much Does an NSC Beauty Bank Membership Cost?

No fees are ever charged. A monthly deposit is made into your Beauty Bank and is then applied to your services and products when you visit Nashville Skin Company.

That full amount is available for products and services at Nashville Skin Company.

 

Can My Husband and/or Family Add to My Beauty Bank?

Yes, they just need to call and/or visit us so that we can take payment that will be added to your Beauty Bank Balance.

 

What If I Can’t Use It Every Month?

Hurry back, but as you continue to make deposits, your Beauty Bank continues to grow.

 

Can I Use It in Conjunction with Other Discounts?

You can enjoy additional discounts with Alle and Aspire; however, you can’t combine Beauty Bank funds with any other in-office promotions. While you can’t combine Beauty Bank funds with a Nashville Skin Company promotion, you may choose the better promotion.

 

What Can I Use It On?

Your Beauty Bank funds can be used on any service and/or products we offer at Nashville Skin Company.

 

What are the Benefits of Joining?

The Beauty Bank helps you budget for your beauty needs and offers discounts, promotions and benefits not available to nonmembers. By depositing a set amount each month, you can avoid the sticker shock when you make larger purchases such as Laser, Ultherapy, CoolSculpting, and Injectables.

 

Can I Deposit More?

Your Beauty Bank Membership is always customizable to fit all your beauty and financial needs.

 

What If My Service and/or Product Price is More Than the Amount in My Beauty Bank?

You will simply pay the difference at your appointment.

 

Is This a Finance Program?

The Beauty Bank is not a finance program. We do offer CareCredit if needed.
